Shelby D.

Shelby has been a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) since graduating from the Maple Woods Vet Tech Program in 2019. She has worked in the veterinary industry since 2014. Some of her favorite aspects of vet medicine include client education, pain management, and anesthesia. She moved to the KC area from Colorado in 2014. She enjoys spending time outdoors doing activities like kayaking, bird watching, and hiking. Shelby also has a handful of what she would call "old lady hobbies" which include crochet, baking, house plants, and reading. Shelby lives with her partner Joel and their small army of animals: 2 dogs (Krillin and Kita), 3 cats (Bruce Wayne, Gracie, Missy), and 1 snake (Rubeus).
