Ashton Sellers
Veterinarian
Dr. Ashton R. Sellers was born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in St. Kitts and Nevis, graduating in 2023. She completed her clinical rotations at Louisiana State University, where she gained broad, hands-on experience and developed particular interests in reproductive health as well as wildlife and exotic animal medicine. Her professional focus includes small animal preventive care, diagnostic imaging, and soft tissue surgery, with continued interests in neurology and reproductive health.
Dr. Sellers has had amazing mentorship before and after graduation from Kansas Cities finest doctors. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Sellers has a passion for wildlife and exotic animal education, rescue, and rehabilitation. Outside of veterinary medicine, she enjoys horseback riding, reading, watching sports, and spending time near lakes and oceans. If you don't find her doing one of these, she is more than likely chasing one of her beloved dogs, Kapitany and Kreed, who love to keep her on her toes. Dr. Sellers is happy to be home and to give back to the community she calls home.
